Original instructional materials (peer-reviewed, IMDC-approved, in library holdings & listed in the syllabus) and academic programs developed/revised.
Evidence allowed only: Cover/title/copyright/TOC pages of the IM; IMDC (or equivalent) evaluation & approval-for-use record; syllabus listing the IM as reference, duly approved; librarian's certification that the IM is in library holdings; and, for co-authored IMs, the signed Certificate of Contribution Form_IM (Annex C) with dean's certification. Evidence allowed only: Copy of the published output's cover/title/copyright/TOC pages (or working link); certification from the Research Director confirming Scopus/WoS/ACI indexing at time of publication (for journal articles); proof the output underwent peer review; and for co-authored works, the signed Certificate of Contribution Form_Research Output (Annex D).
